Policies

Before I accept you as a client, I will have a consultation with you via Google Meet or in person. There is no cost for this consultation. During this consultation, we will decide if we are right for each other. I will ask you to complete the Par-Q +. If you pass the screening criteria for you to begin modest exercise, we will discuss cost, methods of payment, where the exercise will take place, and the date and times of exercise.

Payment

Payment is due before each exercise session. I accept cash, checks, Venmo, and Zelle. If you buy a package of 8 sessions and after 4 sessions, you are dissatisfied with my services, I will refund your last 4 sessions. I will not refund any money for sessions that we have already had together, nor will I refund any sessions until you have had at least 4 sessions.

The cost of each exercise session individually is $70.00. Sessions are generally 1 hour in length. If you buy a package, the per session cost is reduced. For example, a package of 4-8 sessions is $65.00 a session so a package of 4 sessions would cost $260.00. If you choose to buy 8 exercise sessions or more in a package, each session is $60.00. Therefore, a package of 8 exercise sessions would be $480.00
